Once you finish this program you will have made simple nutritional changes to not only SEE, but FEEL, the difference in your health enough to stick with it. Start living and feeling your best from the inside out.
The 4- Week program begins May 13th and runs through June 8th.
Do you feel like you try to eat healthy and workout but just don’t see much of a change?
Or maybe you have notice a little extra around the midsection or weight creep up over the years and what you use to do just doesn’t cut it anymore. You know you would feel better if you could stay consistent with something haven’t had success yet.
Most diets ask you give up certain food, eat at certain times, or cut calories way too low. I don’t blame you if you feel hesitant about improving eating habits. Most plans are so complicated or restrictive it feels overwhelming to add one more thing to your plate.
And the truth is that when you cut calories too quickly it is a huge disservice because you are likely to lose muscle as well, which results in slower metabolism.
This is why women, especially midlife, can get caught up in the cycle of losing and regaining weight or hitting a plateau. This program will teach you how to use nutrition to preserve muscle and lose fat while creating an awareness around eating that allows you to lose weigh in a way that feels manageable.

What is included and how we work together:
Balanced Nutrition: You will get a customized approach to your body and your goals. You will know exactly how much to eat without restricting foods or food groups. By the end of the program you will have a flexible framework so eating feels simple, you are able to stay consistent, lose fat and nourish your body.
Habits + mindful eating strategies: This is often the missing piece in many programs. If it was just about what to eat and what not to eat most people would not struggle. Learn what really matters to create habits that stick so you can start seeing change right away.
4 Weeks of coaching and support: I know you want to do it on your own but having coaching and support can help you identify blindspots and remove roadblocks so that you can start seeing change right away. This includes 24/7 access through a walkie talkie app called voxer so that you never have to go without your questions answered.
Non scale success: Beyond weight/fat loss you can have more energy, reduce cravings, manage hunger, better digestion and improved sleep.
Lifetime access to the course content so refer back to it as needed, finally stop dieting and starting feeling your best.

When does it start?

Who is this program for?
This is you if you feel overwhelmed with dieting and nutrition. You feel like nothing works but want to improve eating habits so you can have more energy and feel more at home in your body.
You are not feeling your best right now and are want to make change but feel overwhelmed with the amount of information out there and are not sure where to start.
You may or may not have a fat/weight loss goal, regardless you are ready to feel healthier now.
You are committed to making change, excited to have someone help you along the way.
Who is this not for?
This program is not for you if you want a plan that tells you exactly what to eat and are not open to the idea of behavior change.
This is not for you if you don’t plan to communicate with me or ask for help if needed. If you don’t respond to messages, read the content or attend live or watch the replays of the calls you will not get much out of the program.
How does this program work?
You will get weekly actions steps to take delivered through short videos and PDF’s.
I will lay out a framework to show you exactly what to do to lose weight and improve eating habits without a bunch of rules and restrictions.
And then we will get to work.
You will get daily access to me to support you along the way, answer your questions, etc.
There will be one kickoff call to start the program so you are clear on what to do. And a call to wrap up so you are comfortable moving forward.
Will there be a workout program?
No, there is no workout program as part of Eat With Ease but if you are looking to add workouts in conjunction with this program I have a few options for you.

I get it. I put thought into what I spend and when you are spending money on everyone in your family it can feel strange to spend money on something YOU want to do for yourself.
But what if you invested in yourself for once with something that will help you find more ease in something you do every single day. Wouldn’t it be worth it?
Think about the money you spend on Amazon, food delivery/takeout or beauty services like pedicures, hair, facials etc and compare it to the cost of this program.
Its actually quite a small cost for a long term investment.
