What equipment do I need?
All you need are a pair of dumbbells. A heavier and a lighter pair is preferable but one pair will do. Also optional, a mini band. Some exercises you will use it but you don’t need it.
How many days of workouts are included in the program.
Three primary strength workouts are included in the program and an additional focus workouts like core, glutes, or arms. Workouts are updated each month.
How are workouts delivered and how will I know how to do the exercises?
Workouts are delivered through the TruCoach app that easy and simple to use. Video links are included so you know how to do each along with cues given by me to think about in each exercise to ensure you are doing them properly.
Will I have access to you or do I just get the workouts and do them on my own?
You will have direct access to be through the app to answer questions or give modifications on a particular exercise if needs. You will also have access to the private group with other like minded woman.
How much does this group cost and what if I have to cancel?
Your month to month investment is $59, cancel anytime.
Or during special enrollment, you can pay 6 months up front and get a sweet discount. Your membership will then roll over to month to month, at the discounted rate, cancel anytime.
You can cancel at the end of each month if you are unable to continue. No refunds are granted if you already received the next months workouts.
Are the workouts customized?
No. This is a group coaching program. Everyone receives the same workouts. I am available however to give suggestions and modifications if needed.
