4 ingredient prosciutto & arugula pizza
When it comes to cooking I have two requirements. My meals need to be simple to make and enjoyable to eat.
This 4 ingredient pizza provides just that.
I get my ingredients at Trader Joes but you can sub in other ingredients from wherever you prefer to shop.
Ingredients:
Garlic and Herb Pizza Dough
Mozzarella Cheese
Prosciutto
Arugula
Directions:
1. Let dough sit out for an hour before you use it so it is easier to shape.
2. Roll dough out using a rolling pin with a little bit of flour or shape with hands as best as possible.
3. Mine rarely looks like a perfect circle. Ok it never does. ;)
4. Layer prosciutto to cover dough.
5. Layer arugula on top so it evenly covers the prosciutto. I space it out.
6. Cover with cheese on top.
7. Bake according to directions on dough.
8. Once baked, take out of the oven, wait a few minutes and then place a pile of arugula on top.
9. Enjoy.
